Helmikuun Vapaapäivälounas Helsingissä

Tällä kertaa lounastetaan Vietnamilaisen ruoan merkeissä, Vibami (Kluuvin ostoskeskus, Yliopistonkatu 6).

Vibami started as a food truck selling Bánh Mì, the iconic Vietnamese sandwich, hitting the streets in the summer 2016 in Helsinki city center. It was founded by two Vietnamese students.

 The original recipe and flavors were inspired by a relative living in the US, a successful first-generation immigrant restaurateur. However, the recipe has been modified to suit to Finnish tastes, blending tradition with local preferences.
